Guidelines for effective communication

Differences between online communications and offline communications. Calendar planning. Set internal and external events of the project. Activities forecast. Identify fairs and events. Identify project milestones to communicate.

Set goals. Strategies. When determining the strategy for each communication activity, consider the interests and influence of both internal and external organisations to the project.
